SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within one business day from our HQ in Portugal.  Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.  We ship to all European countries and the UK with the standard postal service.  We ship within Portugal with DPD couriers.  All parcels are tracked and insured with the respective delivery company. 

If there are any problems with your order we will contact you by email or phone.  Please see the table below for estimated delivery times.  If you have any questions about an order or haven’t received your parcel within the estimated delivery time, please email us at info@polaricebaths.com with your order number.
